These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w88fb ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services offered at w88fb.app, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games, and all associated account and payment services.

By registering an account with w88fb, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. w88fb reserves the right to restrict or close accounts at its sole discretion where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.

To access the full range of services on w88fb, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name;
• A unique, secure password of your choosing;
• Your date of birth (for age verification purposes);
• Your preferred payment method details for deposit and withdrawal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times. Do not share your username or password with any other person. w88fb staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your w88fb account within 60 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process during business hours. w88fb does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's standard transaction fees may apply.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team during operational hours. Standard processing time is 1–4 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name — transfers to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

w88fb reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that appears to be connected with bonus abuse, money laundering, fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will communicate the reason for the delay to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate and current. w88fb accepts no liability for funds delayed or lost as a result of incorrect payment information provided by the player.

w88fb offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Minimum odds: Where a bonus is applicable to sports betting, a minimum qualifying odds threshold will apply. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• Game restrictions: Certain game categories or specific titles may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Expiry dates: All bonuses carry an expiry date after which any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account. It is your responsibility to use the bonus within the stated validity period.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

w88fb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered at the time of the change, provided the player is acting in good faith and within the stated terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of any bonus terms, the decision of w88fb management shall be final and binding, subject to our standard complaints procedure.

As a registered player on the w88fb platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• Provide accurate information: All personal information provided to w88fb during registration or at any subsequent point must be truthful, complete, and kept up to date.
• Use the platform lawfully: You agree to use w88fb solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You will not use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Protect your account credentials: You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Keep your login details confidential and do not share them with any other person.
• No fraudulent activity: You must not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, use of insider information, money laundering, or any other dishonest practice on the platform.
• No automated tools: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit any feature is strictly prohibited.
• No chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the platform is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Responsible gaming: You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic. 18+ only.

w88fb monitors platform activity continuously for signs of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited behaviour. Where such behaviour is detected, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, fund withholding, and reporting to relevant authorities.

w88fb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour;
• Suspected use of automated betting software or exploits;
• Opening of multiple accounts;
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated against w88fb;
• Self-exclusion request made by the player;
• Reasonable grounds to believe that the player is a politically exposed person (PEP) or that account activity is connected with money laundering or other financial crime.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be preserved during the investigation period and returned to the player if the investigation concludes in their favour, minus any amounts connected with the investigated activity.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance (subject to standard verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w88fb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses caused by interruption to the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications network outages, server failures, or acts of God;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banking partners);
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Outcomes of games or sports events, which are determined by certified RNG systems or real-world results outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. w88fb makes no representation and provides no warranty that the services described herein are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and w88fb with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
